This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of purchase by the customer ("Customer") and is made between:

By purchasing any product or service from SmartGStore LLC, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. PRODUCT TIERS & SERVICE DETAILS
SmartGStore offers three package tiers based on the level of installation support and API key requirements.
π (1) DIY Package β Basic Plan
π° Price: $249

The Customer provides their own Google API keys
β
No installation help includedβself-setup required
β
Access to detailed installation guides in the SmartGStore menu section
β
Customer support is available for general questions only (no hands-on installation)
π Important: Customers choosing this plan must have technical knowledge or be comfortable following self-installation instructions.
π (2) All-in-One Installation β Full Setup Plan
π° Price: $500
β
The Customer provides their own Google API keys
β
Includes full installation support by SmartGStore
β
One-on-one installation session with Rohan Duhaney (Booking required)
β
Customer support provided for technical issues
π Important: After purchase, the Customer must book an appointment for installation using the SmartGStore booking system.
π (3) Plug & Play β Complete Setup Plan
π° Price: $5,000 (Minimum, No Negotiation)
π Plus $99/month subscription until the Customer transitions to using their own Google API keys

We provide everything β including Google API keys
β
Full hands-on installation and configuration
β
Ongoing technical support for seamless operation
β
Must book an appointment before purchase
π Important: Customers must book an appointment for a consultation before purchasing this package to ensure correct setup and usage.
π Subscription Fee: The $99/month fee continues until the Customer decides to switch to their own Google API key.
2. NO REFUND POLICY
π¨ All sales are final. There are no refunds once a purchase has been made.
β Why? We provide comprehensive customer support to ensure every user can successfully implement their SmartGStore solution. Our team is committed to helping you win big with your business!
π If the Customer needs additional installation support, they must book a session through our scheduling system.
3. CUSTOMER SUPPORT COMMITMENT
π‘ Our goal is your success! We offer:

Prompt customer support for setup, troubleshooting, and usage
β
Step-by-step guides and resources in the SmartGStore menu section
β
Live installation support for applicable tiers (Appointment required)
π Response Time: We aim to respond to all customer inquiries promptly to ensure smooth installation and usage.
π Installation Requests: Customers who purchase the All-in-One Plan or Plug & Play Plan must book an appointment for installation through our calendar system.
4. LEGAL RESTRICTIONS & NON-COMPETITION CLAUSE
π The Customer acknowledges that SmartGStore LLC is the sole creator and owner of its business model, products, and services.
π¨ Customers are strictly prohibited from recreating, copying, or replicating the SmartGStore business model for personal or commercial use.
π¨ If a Customer is found to have recreated SmartGStoreβs business model, they will be legally required to pay a franchise fee of 15% of all sales generated from their version of the system.
π¨ Legal action will be taken if necessary to protect SmartGStore LLCβs intellectual property and business interests.
5. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE & SIGNATURE
By making a purchase from SmartGStore LLC, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this Agreement.
